Developing: TechCrunch Lord and Master Michael Arrington posits an interesting theory. He is pondering a possible connection between Mosspuppet and some fellow named “Dan Lyons,” who apparently writes for Newsweek.  Or something. Arrington says this Lyons fellow writes the Mosspuppet words, then puppeteer Brian Hogg does the performance. Lyons, contacted by Arrington, denies the charge. Saturday update: Brief comments by MP are here. More on this alleged story as it develops.  If it does. I’ll let you know. Maybe.

MP goes at it with JP. Key quote from Jobso Puppet: “I will pretend my IQ is as low as yours so you can understand.” Yup, sounds like him. (Update: I am informed by Lastangelman that this video is from February. The site eSarcasm posted it today. Normally I wouldn’t use a clip this old. But it’s funny, so there ya go.)
