The popular rumor surrounding Pierre Omidyar’s creation of eBay is that he did it so his wife could find more Pez dispensers. From his base in Honolulu, he clears that myth up and tells TechCrunch’s Sarah Lacy about his latest venture.

It seems some Italian-tard decided he wanted to auction off brain and blood samples of Benito Mussolini, a renowned World War II bad guy. But eBay stepped in and scrapped the auction. Guess they did that before the search function crashed.
The search function of eBay has been acting rather erratic today.
