If you  follow some of the math by Grady Hendrix, Rabid Fanboy favorite Inglourious Basterds is taking home Best Picture this Sunday. I tend to agree, but I will also add Academy voters will split the difference and give Hurt Locker‘s Kathryn Bigelow the Best Director Oscar. If you like to bet on longshots, you can’t get any longer than UP!, a PG-rated cartoon. Outside of the best animated film category, the best animated films could ever hope for and win was best screenplay (Brad Bird best screenplay won for The Incredibles, which, face it, was really the Best Picture).
