Filling in for President Obama as he worked the weekend making sure the health reform bill passes, Bill Clinton delivered the yucks and took the blame for Rahm Emmanuel at annual Gridiron’s Club annual dinner:

“I found Rahm. I created him. I made him what he is today. I am so sorry.”

Right up there with Lloyd Bentsen’s, “You’re no Jack Kennedy!” remark.
