Some bitter unstable former member of the Newton team has been whispering to Gizmodo. He/She says El Jobso wanted to turn Apple into the “Nike of consumer electronics” back in 1996.  Gizmodo continues: “This anecdote clearly comes from someone who’s got some serious issues with Apple, and Steve Jobs in particular, whom he calls “one of the most vindictive people I have ever met.” Of course, that comment is totally without merit.  We know that Apple’s CEO is totally about universal peace, love, happiness, and creating a childlike sense of wonder. Sound vindictive to you? Me neither. One jarring item I will mention, though- Jobso wearing Nikes.
