As noted by columnist Kevin Kelleher, keeping porn off the iPhone is Apple’s latest quandary. If you got Bing or even Safari, you will find it. But if you make an app that leads you directly the salacious stuff (and somehow gets past the approval process, hmmm?) , you’re in hot water with Apple’s gatekeepers. I have to ask, who exactly are Apple’s morals squad on the iPhone platform? I’d like to meet and talk with these people and find out exactly what the criteria is and why some apps are approved and others allowed to flourish (until their “true” nature is revealed, and then they are vanquished from Appland.)
