“I GUARANTEE Apple is laughing their butts off.  Customers DEMAND service when they pay for something and this device is not cheap.  With GMail, Yahoo, or Hotmail what do you expect, it’s free?  We want service when you pay $530 for a product.  This will definitely burn them down the road and not far down the road at all.”
