Remember this where I mentioned about how you could get email scams from vile people saying they would take donations to help the Haitians? Well, sadly, I was right, and at the moment, the big scam involves Twitter and a scam involving free airfare for medical personnel to get them into the region.  Totally bogus, and beneath contempt.
