Maj. Gen John Bordelon of NORAD and USNORTHCOM, answers calls today at the NORAD Tracks Santa Ops Center at Peterson AFB, CO. More than 1200 volunteers answer calls and emails in seven different languages  from children around the globe asking about Santa.
