UK Apple iPhone 3G and 3G S model users have been  impacted by a data network outage with the carrier O2.  The company says it has something to do with an “allocation of IP addresses,” mwah mwah mwah.  They now report the problem has been fixed, but users could see a delay in the restoration of full service.
