Back in October, Nokia sued Apple accusing them of infringing on their “intellectual property.”  Today, Apple turned around and did the same thing to Nokia.  Rather interesting money quote c/o Anssi Vanjoki, Nokia’s executive Vice President and General Manager of Multimedia from 2007:
