Maybe you haven’t heard about this but Rule Number One in advertising is that market leaders don’t do ads comparing themselves to other companies. That’s what underdogs do. Companies like Novell and Gateway and General Motors. Notice that in all of our advertisements for iPhone we’ve never mentioned other products. Because our stance from the start, actually from even before the product was shipping, was that we were already the market leader.
