Email from Kara

All Things Digital is a terrific website.  Some of the best writers around. So if you’ll recall, the other day Kara Swisher was perplexed as she was going to attend her first-ever Jobso keynote. I offered some helpful advice, and sent the link to her. And I got a response, which is now tucked carefully in my Gmail “Save” folder. I am now validated as a tech news blogger.

“You are funny.”

The iPad vs. the iRock

Credit to Mr. Arrington for originally posting this. I like my header better, though.

The little Rover that could

Another creation from XKCD. Headline c/o Neatorama.

Mac or PC?

The eternal debate. Take the quiz here.

Greatest robot ever

I love the idea of the article, but the author is some type of Data fanboy.  He doesn’t even give a nod at all to what is clearly the greatest TV/movie robot ever: the Environmental Control Robot B-9. Please.

Game changer?

Five rib-tickling tech sites

Macworld.com’s Chris Breen rounds up some of the funniest tech sites on the Web. Thank goodness we beat Mosspuppet. He tends to gloat. Here’s Dear Leader with iJustine.  Ah, the perks of being Numero Uno.

Everyone’s got an opinion

Chrome takes it to a new level

We’re talking level 5. Chrome’s Dev Channel version is now at 5.0.307.1. BTW, you can earn big bucks finding Chrome bugs.

Close Encounters of the Goatberg Kind

Kara shot some video at the iPad launch, and look who went mano-a-mano with El Jobso. Jabbing his finger at Dear Leader, too.
