		<description>[...] 11.  AT&amp;T.  I’m sorry, but there is no denying AT&amp;T’s complete and total failure in their network infrastructure.  To make matters worse, since the iPhone’s release on AT&amp;T, revenue for the carrier has increased, but spending in infrastructure has decreased.  The network can’t handle the traffic…not even a little.  The dropped calls are just unacceptable.  AT&amp;T openly admits that they do not guarantee 3G coverage at any time, or in any place.  In my own experience, AT&amp;T wouldn’t address my network issues because, according to their maps, I was in a good coverage area.  This was the straw that broke the camel’s back in my case.  Here I am, dropping numerous calls daily, frequently unable to move data, and they tell me they can’t help me because they say they have adequate coverage.  The representative on the phone even admitted that it was possible his maps were inaccurate, but refused to help.  For more reading in AT&amp;T’s inadequacies, read HERE.
